DDSC Entertainment s a husband & wife team of adult DJs with over 30 years of combined experience.  We are a self-run company with a hands on philosophy.  We are your contact starting with your initial email/phone call, pre-event consultation & the final song of your event.  No double booking, so...YOU are the priority.  Our approach is flexible, allowing you to have substantial input into your event.  This means, we take requests seriously, welcome decisions to add or to omit songs that are typically played or typical traditions, for ones that are more meaningful to you, adding a theme to a typical event, control the volume, decide the level of interaction (if any) and the style you wish to use.
 
This gives you an opportunity to put your personality or identity to your event. 
THE RESULTS ARE ASTOUNDING!
Masquerade Ball wedding, commitment ceremonies, senior prom at nursing/rehab centers, Roaring 20's Valentine's Dance, Mardi Gras/Swing wedding, Latin, ballroom reggae/ska, anti-valentines single mingle, steppers sets, biker weddings, developmentally disabled Halloween parties, dance clubmix night, industrial/electro/techno/underground rock played an an art gallery, Grateful Dead wedding..... are just a few examples of the events where we have provided DJ services.  Of course, we do more traditional functions as well, but the choice is yours!  Whatever your event is, we tend to take on a role of a director, balancing between your preferences with those of your guests', using discretion to what's appropriate & timing.  NO Ipod can do that.

APPROPRIATE BUSINESS DOCUMENTS like an event planner, contract, music list & current references written clearly & organized to create confidence, not suspicion & worry.
 
PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION whick includes a free of charge face to face (phone or email when the others are not possible) meeting to create a comfort level with our service & you.  We prefer this method of choosing our service instead of an event "visit" or videos because each event is entirely different situation & an inaccurate indicator of our performance for your event.  Being comfortable with the DJ(s) should be the main focus of choosing their service.  Face to face method this by allowing you to judge appearance, posture, manners, speaking ability, knowledge of your type of event/music, friendly, personable, easy to talk with, acrively listens to your concerns & addresses them in a positive manner.  The meeting also allows us to discuss the basic order of events & what strategy to
apply in making a unique & special day for you.  You are encouraged to speak to us even after the contract has been signed.
 
SHOWING UP AT Y OUR EVENT ON TIME, usually 1 hour prior to your guests' arrival.
 
SETUP OF A PROFESSIONAL SOUND SYSTEM used specifically for mobile entertainment, designed for concert quality & durability just like a touring band would use.  From small events with little space available to huge events with multiple speakers & equipment, we can accommodate you.  Control of volume has been a tug of war for ages, but it's really simple.  Just consider you & your guests preferences, room size & number in attendance - that's it!  With additional sound equipment, we can cover any type of live musical event.
 
LIGHTS if desired.  Arranged to suit the customer, guests, facility & type of event, from basic lighting to a high tech spectacle.  The key here is to add an appropriate enhancement to the room.
 
Prior to your guests arrival, we will be in APPROPRIATE ATTIRE.  From tuxedo to grass skirt - we look the part.
 
COCKTAIL/DINNER MUSIC is started.....guests have arrived.  We believe that this is where the party starts, setting the mood & reflecting your personality.
 
Both Dan & Cindy can take the "MC" responsibilities, speaking clear, concise & understandable even in a noisy room.  Our focus is on grabbing the attention of your guests while projecting a positive attitude.
 
Along with the above mentioned activities, we offer a "simon says" style of interactive dancing that can increase the energy of the party without being annoying.  If this is not your preference, we don't hide behind our equipment, instead we have developed a brand of silliness with class to create fun without
being a distraction.
